Album Review: Scream Aim Fire (2008)
For fans of: metalcore... and career blips
After lead singer, Matt Tuck's vocal problems it was hard to know what this album would sound like. Firstly the good news, his voice sounds almost the same as before - slightly softer, but possibly more musical.
Sadly, after all that, it's the songs that let it down. They aren't terrible by any means, but there's little to differentiate this from the hundreds of other albums out there. It certainly isn't as distinctive as the previous album (which wasn't exactly electric itself).
BFMV still have a good sound, and the last song is actually rather good, but the lack of other notable tracks is a real letdown.
Check out... 'Forever And Always'. I bet three groats it sticks in your mind for at least fourteen minutes.
