Album Review: Adrenalize (1992)
For fans of: hard rock... and battling the evils of grunge
Follow-up album to the planetary sized Hysteria. First half of album is as good as anything on its forebear, but the second half fades away to mere greatness.
The problems Def Leppard suffered in the build-up to making this album are well documented and it's a wonder they managed to produce anything at all. Reviews of the time suggest the album is a little close to Hysteria in style, and the album's sales were affected by the rise of grunge music, but it remains a great listen with many good tracks.
