Album Review: Doro (Self Titled) (1990)
For fans of: hard rock... and rocking on

Second release from Doro Pesch under the Doro, rather than Warlock moniker, this self-titled album is a typically steadfast addition to her catalogue of work.
'Rock On', 'Alive' and 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' are hard hitting, scream-rich songs with plenty of character. It's difficult not to sing along at times, although if you try you'll probably end up ripping your vocal chords apart. The remainder of the album is a tad hit and miss. It's all okay in terms of quality, maybe just a bit forgettable.
An agreeable release, this eponymous album has its moments. Great if you like Doro or female vocals in general... and not bad even if you don't.
Check out... Those screams.
