Album Review: Rocket Ride (2006)
For fans of: power metal... and bad advice on what to do with fire
Slamming album from this highly regarded German outfit. Although this may not be the heaviest power metal album, it does demand to be played louder than your stereo goes.
There are several excellent tracks and the band clearly had fun recording them, as demonstrated by the suspiciously Caribbean sounding 'Trinidad'. Anyone who has seen the video for 'Superheroes' will get a good view of how the band view their chosen careers...
This album is a riot all the way through and is without any doubt an essential purchase.
