EIGHTEEN VISIONS - stub review added 3rd November 2008

Album Review: Obsession (2004)

For fans of: alternative metal... and doing your own thing

Eighteen Visions - ObsessionBlindingly heavy in places, yet acoustically soft in others, Obsession is a proper schizophrenic of an album. Don't get me wrong, this is by no means a bad thing as the album has bags of character.

Songs including 'I Let Go' and the hauntingly melancholy 'Said And Done' are dicing with the best work by the big boys, but the lesser tracks do not let the side down. Make no mistake, this is a solid release with plenty to offer.

Sadly broken up as of 2008, Eighteen Visions have left a legacy they can be proud of.

Check out... The funky and contagious 'I Let Go'.
