Album Review: 4 (1981)
For fans of: rock... and good ballads
Well regarded album containing such classics as 'Juke Box Hero' and 'Waiting For A Girl Like You'.
Fortunately, this album is considerably more than a mere two good songs. Tracks like 'Break It Up', 'Urgent' and 'Woman In Black' are up there with the best. The reality of Foreigner is they are a great band who produce a lot of excellent tracks, but they are sullied by the proverbial problem of releasing more greatest hits packages than actual albums.
4 is a good release, and whilst not crammed to the rafters with best-of-the-best tracks, it has more than its fair share of memorable moments.
*Now repackaged with two bonus semi-acoustic versions of original tracks.
