Album Review: Time To Burn (1992)

For fans of: hard rock... and amazing albums you may not have heard

Giant - Time To BurnSecond album from Giant, Time To Burn passed right under most peoples' radars when it came out. The growth of the grunge genre certainly didn't help Dann Huff and co., but they certainly did everything they could to build a perfect record.

Mr Huff's guitar magic is as evident as ever, but the song writing has taken a leap forwards since Last Of The Runaways. There really is no point naming the great songs as they are all at the very least brilliant.

Time To Burn is one of the only records which holds a candle to Def Leppard's Hysteria in terms of fun, sound quality and technical brilliance. Who knows what this would have done had it been released 5 years earlier and marketed properly?

Check out... Unsurprisingly the whole thing. Make all your friends check it out too.
