Album Review: The Journey Will Never End (2002)
For fans of: hard rock... and Backstreet Boys covers... huh?
Second to last Jaded Heart album with Michael Bormann on vocals, The Journey Will Never End features a number of great tracks including a stunning cover of The Backstreet Boys' 'Larger Than Life'.
The title track, 'Only Human' and 'I'll Be There' are the best tracks, but many of the others are great too. The album has a lovely warmth to the production and an oceanic depth of sound. You feel as if you should be able to dive into this recording and go for a swim.
Change was on the horizon for Jaded Heart, but there was no stopping them making excellent albums. The Journey Will Never End is a top listen from start to finish.
