Album Review: Escape (1981)
For fans of: rock... and brilliance
Packed with amazing songs from start to finish, at the time of release this was by far Journey's best release. Sales figures and critical acclaim confirm this and with songs like 'Don't Stop Believin'', 'Stone In Love', 'Who's Crying Now' and 'Open Arms', who could argue?
Definitive Journey release with a track list to die for. Jonathan Cain's first album with the band proved what a great addition to the band he was. There was nothing wrong with Gregg Rolie, but the new boy was clearly on a different level.
Check out... Hmmm, all of it?
