Album Review: Raised On Radio (1986)
For fans of: rock... and bad tips for prospective parents
It was a time of upheaval in the Journey camp. This would be the last album for 10 years.
'Girl Can't Help It', 'Be Good To Yourself' and 'I'll Be Alright Without You' are staple Journey favourites. A couple of other tracks have a wonderful sound that sticks in the mind. Less successful are the in between songs which can either be too raucous or too flowery.
Not their best album, Raised On Radio sits somewhere in the middle of the discography hierarchy.
