Album Review: Let's Rumble (1993)

For fans of: sleaze rock... and charming cr*p

Love/Hate - Let's RumbleAn album about the joys of drinking and women, Let's Rumble is unsurprisingly basic in the lyrics department. Musically it's not the easiest listen either. It sounds like it was recorded in an afternoon 'round their mate's house'. Strangely, the album has an indescribable charm that makes you warm to the poor musicianship and the strangled-donkey singing.

'Spinning Wheel' is a simply brilliant song that, whilst as musical as an unwell haggis, is so catchy it hurts. The title track is pretty good too.

A terrible, awful album, but so bad it's actually good. Hmmm...

Check out... 'Spinning Wheel'. I dare you not to like it.
