Album Review: Danger (2003)

For fans of: power metal... and cr*p you can't stop listening to

Supreme Majesty - DangerGod this album's awful but, like a smelly dog with a leg missing, it's strangely loveable. Vocalist Joakim Olsson sounds like a drunk canary on a helium binge and on numerous occasions his performance actually makes you cringe. Why the hell is this album so good then?

Well, like all things that are truly terrible this album has bundles of character. The musicianship is pretty handy too. The guitars are awesome and the drumming by Jocke Unger sounds like midday at a firing range. it's impossible to get enough of songs like 'Danger' and the frankly mesmerising 'Until The End Of Time'. The only bad song is 'Two Against Many', and that's only because it's actually a good track and therefore has no place amongst this dross.

The best terrible album ever, this pile of inspired nonsense will settle in your heart forever and you'll love it like no other. Wow and yuck have never gone together so well.

Check out...The state of your mental health after finding out you love this.
