What sort of music do you cover on Rock Realms?
We cover anything from soft rock to stonkingly heavy metal. We don't have much time for inaccessible screaming death metal, but anything with a bit of a melody to it (even a melody that might wish to bite your head off) is fine by us.
We don't review 'best-of' albums because... we really can't be bothered. They are great if you want an introduction to an artist, but they aren't our thing.
How do I get you to review my CD?
Head to the Contact Rock Realms page, point us in the direction of your MySpace page (or another place we can hear samples of your music) and we'll have a listen. If we think your music is suitable and we think we will have time to do a review, we will let you know.
Will you review CDs by unsigned bands?
Sure. We try not to discriminate between signed and unsigned bands.
How do I get my banner featured on the 'Bands' page?
Head to the Contact Rock Realms page and ask us.
How do I get my record label listed on the 'Labels' page?
Head to the Contact Rock Realms page and ask us. A normal text listing is free but you can have a banner on the page for a small charge.
Can I contribute to the site?
We love reading reports about great gigs and concerts so, if you fancy writing one, we may well add it to the 'Live' section. We also have opportunities for interviewing musicians across the UK and beyond. For more information head to the Contact Rock Realms page. We don't presently accept CD reviews, but that may change in the future.
