These songs are all about the love (or lack thereof)... but they tell their stories that little bit louder. The songs are listed in no particular order... just in case you were wondering....

Khymera
Love Has Been And Gone (2008)
As if being great on the bass and a brilliant producer wasn't enough, Dennis Ward had to go and prove what a good singer he was too. Grrr...
Dan Lucas
Immaculate Eyes (1994)
The cover makes it look like a silly pop album, but 2000! was anything but. This song is astonishing.
TNT
Perfectly (2004)
Tony Harnell's wonderful voice and Ronni Le Tekro's virtuoso combine in devastating form for TNT's best ever ballad.
Ted Poley
If I Can't Change Your Heart (2007)
A song so good it's feeatured on the album twice, who'd have thought Ted Poley's surfer dude voice could be this passionate?
Brother Firetribe
Spanish Eyes (2006)
As a fan of the physical appearance of Spanish eyes, it was only fair we liked the song too. Fortunately it is a rather splendid track...
Europe
Carrie (1986)
Named after a Stephen King horror film it may be, but this song is anything but horrific.
Khymera
Burn Out (2008)
Dennis Ward and chums produce a ballad so beautiful it's officially illegal to not have it on your iPod.
David Readman
Love In Vain (2007)
The Pink Cream 69 vocalist goes it alone and, would you believe it, pumps out a track this good!
Harem Scarem
This Ain't Over (2002)
Contains one of the worst rhymes in any song ever, but a brilliant and beautiful song nonetheless.
Harem Scarem
All You're Getting (2005)
If this was indeed all we were getting from Harem Scarem they would still be brilliant.
ZZ Top
Rough Boy (1985)
I've always thought this song sounded a bit like the slow track they'd play at the end of the evening in the Blue Oyster Bar. Worries me that I like it so much.
XYZ
What Keeps Me From Loving You (1989)
Terry Ilous has an astonishingly good voice and proves it with knobs on here. But not in a rude way.
Robin Beck
Always (2007)
Yes, Robin Beck will always be known as the singer of the song from the cola advert, but she should be known for this. It's a hundred times better than her 'famous song'.
Place Vendome
I'd Die For You (2009)
Starts a bit like Whitesnake's 'Is This Love', but soon finds its own way. Beautiful.
Night Ranger
Sister Christian (1983)
Ultra famous song that deserves all the praise it gets. It even snuck into a Grand Theft Auto game!
Just missing the cut, honourable mentions in no particular order go to Song For Love by Extreme, Beautiful Goodbye by From The Inside, Send Me An Angel by Scorpions, Walk On by Sunstorm, Lost In Paradise by Giant, Can't Live With You by Harem Scarem and Last Train To Nowhere by Pink Cream 69.
