> NEW STAGE DOLLS ALBUM
There's exciting news for all lovers of pomp / pop rock as Stage Dolls' main man and main songwriter Torstein Flakne has confirmed the 1st of March (in the UK) as the release date for their huge comeback album Always.
Co-produced by Ronny Wikmark and mixed by another former producer Bjorn Nessjo, Always will mark the 25th Anniversary of the band's exciting Soldier's Gun debut and will feature not only the original US backing singers from their huge hit album Stage Dolls, but also that wonderful eclectic sound the band gained from previous visits to the same Nidaros Studios, home to TNT and Ian Hunter amongst others.
It'll be their seventh album, but the band shows no signs of letting up!

> ANGELS OF BABYLON
Angels Of Babylon is a band put together by Rhino (ex-drummer with Manowar), Dave Ellefson (ex-Megadeth) and Arizona based stalwarts David Fefolt and Ethan Brosh.
The new album Kingdom Of Evil says Rhino, "features songs I started compiling many years ago but I was patiently waiting for the optimum line-up before recording and releasing an album like this. I was introduced to Fefolt, Ellefson and Brosh a couple of years back, and they've proved to be the inspiration with which to forge ahead and complete the album. I think we have something really special for our fans with this actually!"

> CHECK OUT THE STATE OF ROCK
The UK's own Tony Mills (TNT, Shy) has teamed up with guitar and prime-time super riff writer and ex Frontline guitarist Robbie Boebel to form State Of Rock, a band that threatens to outdo the immense work Mills has done with TNT and recently, again, with Shy.
Formed by Frontline members Boebel, "Hutch" Bauer and Rami Ali, State Of Rock far out-strips the Boebel record of this current year (Sanction X) as Mills' great strengths and Boebel's guitar understanding complement each other perfectly....
After only three demos our friends at Metal Heaven knew they were on to a winner.

> HAZY HAMLET CLOSES DISTRIBUTION DEAL
Brazilian classic metal group Hazy Hamlet has closed a deal for distribution of its Forging Metal album with co-patriot label Dark Sun Records. The distribution partnership is the result of the album's impact in specialized media as well as the reputation the company has developed with its work with Brazilian metal. The band believes that together they will be able to achieve better album promotion taking it to places not yet reached.
Only this month three interviews were published with the group in international press: Fireworks Magazine (United Kingdom), Headbang Today Webzine (South Africa) and Heavy Metal Fire Webzine (Spain). Currently Hazy Hamlet is awaiting the release of tribute to W.A.S.P. The Crimson Covers by Remedy Records (Germany), which will feature a cover of song 'Rebel in the FDG' recorded by the band.

The debut single from the newly enhanced lineup of Hungarian hard rockers’ HARD, who recently added Swedish vocalist Björn Lodin (Baltimoore, Balls, Six Feet Under) to their ranks, is on its way.
'Love Goes With Anything' is the debut single from the new line up delivering a classic sounding melodic rock track possessing a strong commercial punch. 'Love Goes With Anything' was released to radio on 19th November 2009 with the bands debut album is expected to follow in the first quarter of 2010.
