> THRESHOLD SNEAKY PEEK
Threshold have announced more details of their upcoming Essence Of Progression tour across Europe starting next month, including a sneak look at some of the songs on the setlist.
"It's great to be racing across Europe one more time before we start work on the new album" commented Threshold keyboard player Richard West. "It's going to be an epic set! Alongside our usual suspects such as Slipstream and Pilot In The Sky Of Dreams we're planning to add a lot of long tracks which don't often get played like Consume To Live, The Whispering and The Art Of Reason. What's more we'll be adding some songs we've NEVER played live before such as Fighting For Breath and our 13 minute epic Critical Mass (part 1-3). We'll also be performing a previously unreleased song from our new fan club album that will be on sale at the shows. We just can't wait to get out there again!"
Supporting Threshold are two of Europe's finest progressive metal bands, Serenity from Austria and Spheric Universe Experience from France (Serenity and Pythia to support at London show).

> HAZY HAMLET DETAILS
Classic, raw and punchy heavy metal is what can be found when listening to Hazy Hamlet. Vintage hard/heavy bands from the 70s and 80s serve as inspiration for its music, timbres, attitude; as does a great passion for valved amps. Its lyrical approaches are all about epic themes, death, war and praise to heavy metal itself.
Conceived in 1999 as a power metal band, in Maringa, Parana, south of Brazil, Hazy Hamlet has suffered some line-up changes having, by 2001, recorded and produced the demo-CD Hazy Tales. Even with a modest production this first material has granted good reviews in national and international territory. In 2003 the band released Revelation EP and, in 2005 - reduced to a quartet - an online single called Chrome Heart, material which kept granting excellent reviews from different places worldwide.
After some difficult years and another line-up change, Hazy Hamlet - composed of Arthur Migotto (V), Julio Bertin (G), Fabio Nakahara (B) and Cadu Madera (D) - has achieved a new important moment with its first full-length entitled Forging Metal. They can finally wave their banner triumphantly with the motif, "Proud to be Loud!"
Tracklisting: 1 - The Beginning of the End - part I, 2 - The Beginning of the End - part II, 3 - Black Masquerade, 4 - Metal Revolution, 5 - Field of Crosses, 6 - Funeral for a Viking, 7 - Chrome Heart, 8 - Chariot of Thor, 9 - Forging Metal, 10 - The Faces of Illusion
