Europe have taken the No. 1 spot in the Swedish chart with their new album, Last Look At Eden. The last time they had a no. 1 in Sweden was in 1988 with Out OF This World. Not bad. Not bad at all :)
> THRESHOLD DATES CHANGE
Threshold have added a new date to their upcoming Essence Of Progression tour across Europe starting next month. The tour will now go to Bielefeld on 31 October. Unfortunately the band's proposed show in Vienna on 3 November has been postponed but will hopefully take place next year.

> W.A.S.P. SINGLE AND TOUR
Global Music are pleased to announce the release of ‘Crazy’, the first single from the new W.A.S.P. album, Babylon. The single will be available for download from September 28th 2009.
Front-man, Blackie Lawless, commented on the track: "Although it may sound like a man talking to a woman, 'Crazy' is about a performer talking to an audience; the dangers of idol worship and elevating Musicians and Politicians to a level that's dangerous!"

The multi-platinum US rockers return with their strongest album to date, Babylon, a record themed around biblical visions of “The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse”, Blackie Lawless and his crew have created a metal masterpiece that will leave fans both old and new craving for more.
The full album, Babylon, is available in the UK & Europe from October 12th, in Germany from October 16th 2009 and Canada from 27th October 2009. W.A.S.P. will be touring throughout Europe this Autumn/Winter in support of the Babylon release.
