With the release of Stairway’s ‘Interregnum’ album last year and the success of the 2010 Christmas single ‘Christmas Merry Christmas’, Stairway release their new radio single ‘Enter The Light’ taken from the ‘Interregnum’ album.
‘Enter The Light’ has been re-mastered and given that extra mouth watering treatment by Dennis Ward of Pink Cream 69, Bob Catley and House of Lords fame. This new radio single sees the band continuing on and moving forward into 2011.

The Debut CD, 'No Rest : No Mercy' released by Edge Records and produced by Paul Hodson (Hard Rain / Bob Catley), hailed the band's International popularity and saw it’s debut chart entry in the Japanese Import Charts at #48. Following on from this, the band continued to work live, and independently released in 1999 the second album 'Bleeding Heart'.
Stairway's 3rd album 'On Hallowed Ground' was released in 2002 and gained the band an increased global fan base followed by the track 'Under the Gun' being chosen to feature on a compilation CD issued by American Label MIB Music in 2003.
Further to calls for their debut album, Stairway signed a Licensing deal in 2005 with Retroactive Records USA to re-release the 'No Rest: No Mercy' album. This followed by an incredible gig appearance in October of that year at Metalfest Germany Co-headlining with Rob Rock (USA) and Narnia (Sweden).
In 2006 the band released their 4th CD - 'The Other Side of Midnight', to rave reviews from fans and media alike and saw its debut Chart entry at #2 in the USA's National College Chart, receiving two Nominations that year for Best Album and Best Group in the NMW Awards in Hollywood USA., following this, Stairway went on to secure slots supporting Blaze Bayley and Blitzkrieg at UK festival dates in 2007 and 2008.
The band recorded and released their 5th album ‘Interregnum’ in April 2010; coupled with artwork by world renowned artist Rodney Matthews (Magnum, Asia), and a Limited Edition version of the album released on 12” Coloured Blue Vinyl, the band continues to further their popularity and go from strength to strength.
